Elle concerne les antibiotiques synth\u00e9tis\u00e9s par les bact\u00e9ries myc\u00e9liennes (actinomyc\u00e8tes ou actinobact\u00e9ries) comme l\u2019actinobact\u00e9rie rare, <em>Saccharothrix algeriensis<\/em>, isol\u00e9e du sol saharien et qui a la capacit\u00e9 de produire de nouvelles mol\u00e9cules bioactives (antifongiques et antibact\u00e9riennes) potentiellement int\u00e9ressantes dans les domaines agronomique, alimentaire et pharmaceutique. J\u2019ai encadr\u00e9 et fait soutenir plusieurs Masters (de l\u2019USTHB et de l\u2019universit\u00e9 M&rsquo;hamed Bouguerra\u00a0de Boumerd\u00e8s) sur cette th\u00e9matique. Ces travaux sont entrepris en collaboration avec Mme le Professeur Florence MATHIEU (Universit\u00e9 de Toulouse, Laboratoire de G\u00e9nie Chimique UMR 5503, CNRS\/INPT\/UPS, D\u00e9partement: Bio-proc\u00e9d\u00e9s et Syst\u00e8mes Microbiens, Equipe: Fermentation et M\u00e9tabolites Microbiens, France).<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 14.2pt;text-align: justify\"><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> La seconde th\u00e9matique porte sur l\u2019isolement de nouvelles esp\u00e8ces d\u2019actinobact\u00e9ries isol\u00e9es \u00e0 partir des sols sahariens (isolement s\u00e9lectif et taxonomie polyphasique). Cette th\u00e9matique repr\u00e9sente l\u2019axe principal de mes recherches. Les travaux sont entrepris en collaboration avec M. le Professeur Hans-Peter KLENK (<em>School of Biology<\/em>, <em>Newcastle University<\/em>, <em>United Kingdom<\/em>). J\u2019ai ainsi encadr\u00e9 et fait soutenir des Magisters.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 14.2pt;text-align: justify\"><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> La troisi\u00e8me th\u00e9matique d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, porte sur les phytotoxines chez <em>Pyrenophora <\/em>(l\u2019agent causal de la tache aur\u00e9ol\u00e9e du bl\u00e9). La probl\u00e9matique abord\u00e9e est la purification, la d\u00e9termination des structures chimiques et la caract\u00e9risation des phytotoxines non prot\u00e9iques synth\u00e9tis\u00e9es par le phytopathog\u00e8ne <em>Pyrenophora<\/em>. Ces travaux sont entrepris en collaboration avec M. le Professeur Stephen E. STRELKOV (<em>Department of Agricultural<\/em>, <em>Food and Nutritional Science, Agriculture<\/em>\/<em>Forestry Centre<\/em>, <em>University of Alberta<\/em>, <em>Edmonton<\/em>, <em>Canada<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 14.2pt;text-align: justify\"><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> La quatri\u00e8me th\u00e9matique d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, porte sur les mycotoxines chez <em>Aspergillus<\/em> et <em>Penicillium<\/em>. Ces activit\u00e9s de recherche s\u2019orientent vers la compr\u00e9hension g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la production des aflatoxines, des naphtho-gamma-pyrones et de l\u2019ochratoxine A par le genre <em>Aspergillus<\/em> et\/ou <em>Penicillium<\/em>. Nos travaux contribuent ainsi \u00e0 une meilleure gestion de la pr\u00e9sence de ces mycotoxine dans un environnement donn\u00e9, comme par exemple la fili\u00e8re\u00a0 bl\u00e9, la fili\u00e8re raisin et jus de raisin.
